River Ridge Master Homeowners Association

Plotted in 2000 by the Melchior Building Company, River Ridge is a residential community located in within the city limits of Perrysburg, Ohio. There are 75 individual homeowners as of 2022.

The River Ridge Master Homeowners Association is an umbrella, non-profit group responsible for the maintenance of all neighborhood common areas and right-of-ways for the mutual benefit of all lot owners.
